- 200g of flour
- 125g of Demerara or white sugar
- 50g of oatmeal
- 125g of butter
- To mix
- Squeeze the mix with hands till it turns to crumble
- Timing 4 minutes approximately.
- Add spice mix

- Preheat your oven to 180°
- Add 50g of sugar to a hot large non sticky pan
